This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions concerning the shipment of products purchased from PUMPUMZ ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing time may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to communicate any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Standard Shipping:
- For orders under 2kg: £3.95
- For orders 2kg and over: £5.95
- Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.

Next Day by 2 PM Shipping:
- Cost: £5.99
- Orders must be placed by 2pm on a business day to be eligible for next-day delivery by 2 PM the following business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. Next Day by 2 PM service is dependent on carrier availability and may not be available for all postcodes.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipping)
As we currently only ship within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or taxes apply to your order.
